October has been a month full of adventure in Jesus.
Here’s what’s been happening:
Village Outreach: Our family has been working on ways to bring the gospel into nearby communities. Here we are teaching at a school near our village. We hope to lead an outdoor English camp started soon that will serve children in a village close to our home. Please pray!
Playground Project: We are happy to announce that with the help of a legacy gift and many helping hands, Kingdom Kids Children’s Group Home now has a new playground area. Please pray as plans now move forward to change a farm building into a dormitory for moms in hardship. To help them develop employable skills while offering Biblical teaching and advice so that they might keep and not abort or abandon their children.
Spreading the Word: We've been passing out gospel literature to shop owners, restaurant workers, students and others, sharing the message of salvation. Please pray for those who have received. Also pray for an even greater outreach thru the RCM network as believers are gathered in teams to reach our city with the gospel on the street, at businesses and in school assemblies.
English Connection: Tom teaches English/Life Coaching through an ESL program as part of our visa platform and has found many students becoming a part of our family. As they grow in practical English skills, we pray and open our lives to them as they get closer to knowing the Lord.
Community Health Evangelism: Progress towards the PCF goal of training our foundation members in “CHE” is happening (Leadership pic above). We are excited to equip our teams to help villages tackle challenges themselves as the teams share and pray to make disciples (that make disciples) and plant churches thriving in healthy communities.
︎ Victory Church: We love our church here and are so happy everything is in Thai and English languages! Angie's is on children's SS team and soon will be learning and playing Thai worship songs (!) with the music team as Tom looks to help with the prayer team.
Thank you for your unwavering support and prayers going on fifteen years. You have held our family up to His Throne as you remember us before our Father. Folks, life can be really tough here, this is a place where opposing spiritual strongholds ABOUND! That's exactly why we need you and your partnership in prayer so desperately! We are not fighting a physical battle, God is using us and together bringing hope
to Thailand where over 99% of the people wander in darkness, not knowing and having little access to the gospel of Jesus Christ.... We need you!
